(“martashop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is based in Glasgow, United Kingdom and specializes in houseware and garden products, including furniture, décor, accessories, garden furniture, kitchenware, and bath accessories. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of goods purchased through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship throughout the United Kingdom.

  • International Shipping: We also ship internationally. Certain restrictions may apply based on destination country regulations, customs limitations, or carrier availability. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

  • Processing and dispatch times vary by product category:

    • Standard & small parcel items: Orders are shipped within the same day to up to 3 business days after processing.

    • Furniture & oversized items requiring two-man delivery: Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after processing.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • All shipments are made via reputable carriers, including UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, and Parcel Force.

  • We currently offer standard shipping only. Express, expedited, or same-day shipping options are not available at this time.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and carrier rates.

Please note that surcharges may apply for deliveries to remote or inaccessible areas.

6. Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be provided for all orders upon dispatch.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery addresses provided are accurate and complete.

  • In some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery.

7. Delays & Liability

  • martashop is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance processes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

8. Returns & Shipping Costs

  • In the event of a return, martashop will refund only the product cost.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on the part of martashop.

9. Exclusions & Special Conditions

  • We do not guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses, or military installations.

  • Local pickup options are not currently offered.

10. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
